  • Rumble Inc. is pivoting from video streaming to AI cloud services with the imminent Northern Data acquisition, targeting major AI compute opportunities.
  • Post-merger, RUM expects a sales baseline of ~$425 million, driven by Tether commitments and GPU rental expansion, positioning the company for significant revenue growth.
  • The stock will trade at about 10x sales initially, but substantial upside hinges on securing large AI cloud deals and effective GPU capacity utilization.
  • While RUM is no longer a deep value play after its recent rally, the market may still underestimate its upside from the AI cloud transition.
Rumble Inc. (RUM) has nearly doubled since our last article as the market has finally caught onto the pivot to AI compute. The company is on the verge of completing a major AI data center acquisition, setting up the expansion beyond the still struggling video streaming business. My investment thesis remains Bullish on the stock with expectations of major AI deals once the merger closes.
