DocuSign has fallen to near all-time lows as the growth rate slows following a few strong years with covid. The e-signature company continues to provide tepid guidance while constantly smashing estimates with the next test coming up for FQ1 on June 8. The stock is cheap at 21x FY25 EPS estimates that are likely conservative. This idea was discussed in more depth with members of my private investing community, Out Fox The Street.  Learn More »   As a covid beneficiary,  DocuSign  ( NASDAQ: DOCU ) growth is regularly diminished, yet the e-signature company continues to grow beyond the original surge. The company definitely faces a tough macro environment, but DocuSign continues to outperform while providing conservative guidance. My  investment thesis  remains Bullish on the document company due to the opportunity to expand the TAM into a smart agreement. DocuSign: Looking For Unloved Stocks

DocuSign is very unloved by Wall St. analysts with only 5 of 21 analysts having a Buy rating. The digital signature company continues to produce strong growth, though billings guidance continues to weaken. The stock trades below pre-covid levels despite a substantially larger revenue base providing an appealing entry point for a digital contract future. This idea was discussed in more depth with members of my private investing community, Out Fox The Street.  Learn More »   DocuSign  ( NASDAQ: DOCU ) was a poster child for the covid excesses where business lockdowns necessitated a shift into their digital signature product offerings. The stock has fallen from a high over $300 to a low  below $50 making DocuSign a very hated stock here. My  investment thesis  is Bullish on the stock following the collapse and the lack of market interest in a technology industry leader. DocuSign: Follow The CEO, Not ARKK

Image
DocuSign shocked the market back in December with a major warning for FQ4'22. The stock collapse has the CEO loading up on shares while ARK Invest has aggressively sold their much larger position. The company is back on a trend towards sustainable 25% growth making the stock valuation more appealing here at 10x forward sales. Looking for more investing ideas like this one? Get them exclusively at Out Fox The Street.  Learn More » While most of the high flying tech stocks have collapsed due to sales trends decelerating,  DocuSign  ( DOCU ) actually plunged on a massive guide down. The end result has been the CEO loading up on shares for the long term and an influential ETF dumping shares. My  investment thesis  is now Neutral on the stock until sales trends normalize. Zoom Video: Zooming Too Far

Zoom Video is priced for unsustainable trends plus the video conferencing tools isn't ready for privacy issues. The stock is worth double and triple a similar group of companies benefiting from the work-from-home economy. The stock trades at an unsustainable 40x FY21 sales. As the market has collapsed this year due to the coronavirus outbreak,  Zoom Video Communications  ( ZM ) has soared. The company benefits from the virtual economy and reportedly has seen mobile  active users up over 150%  in March. The problem here is that the stock is priced for a virtual only world where users never return to normal trends. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha.  Disclosure: No position mentioned. Which Recent IPO Are You Buying This Week?

Image
Renaissance provides this data on the IPOs within the last year that had the largest gains or losses in the last week. Some of the best places to look for future winners are IPOs that sell off. Stocks such as  Beyond Meat (BYND)  and  Tilray (TLRY)  are down significantly from big runs after the IPO so the 10% losses in the last week aren't necessarily appealing. The others are biotech and ETFs so not sure any stocks this week qualify as beaten down IPOs. Maybe the longs like  Roku (ROKU) and  S titch Fix (SFIX)  qualify as the most beaten down.   Add a comment with the IPO that you are buying and why.  More commentary - WhoTrades Disclosure: No position
